By train:
At the train station (Santa Lucia) there are the ferries 4.1 / 5.1 / 1 / 2 to San Zaccaria Stop.
If you arrive by ferry 1 or 2:
in front of you there is the Hotel Danieli, take the next street, Calle Rasse, and follow it to the end and then turn right, cross the bridge and take the first street on your left. At the bottom of the street you will find a porch,and on your left side will be 'fondamenta de l'Osmarin', then proceed to number 4977/A.

N.B. If you are travelling with heavy luggage, we recommend you to take the boat 4.1 or 5.1 to be able to reach us without worrying of crossing bridges in Venice.

If you arrive by ferry 4.1 or 5.1:
in front of you there is the San Zaccaria Porch (between hotel Savoia & Jolanda and hotel Paganelli); follow Campo San Zaccaria, turn left and when you are arrived to Campo san Provolo then turn right. go through the porch and continuing to Fondamenta de l'osmarin you will find us at the number 4977A.
By plane:
From the 'Marco Polo' International Airport : with the water shuttle 'Alilaguna' (red, blue and gold lines) go to San Zaccaria Station and continue as described in the section 'By train'.
From the 'Canova' Airport (Treviso) : take the Atvo bus to 'Piazzale Roma' and then catch water bus 1 or 2 or 4.1 or 5.2 to s.zaccaria stop and then follow the directions under 'by train'
By car:
Taking the A4 highway from Milan or Trieste, will bring you to the exit 'Mestre-Venezia' and following the direction 'Venezia-Piazzale Roma' (10Km), then you need to leave your car in one of the municipal parking lots or on the Tronchetto. Then take the ferry as described under 'by train' by the San Zaccaria Stop.
