HI New York City’s modern amenities include two floors of common room space for lounging and socializing, a 36-burner kitchen for guest use, and of course free Wi-Fi. For our guests comfort, we offer beautifully renovated bathrooms and showers with free linens and towels. Each guest room has individual heat/air conditioning controls. We house Manhattan's largest private outdoor patio, available for impromptu soccer games or training and orientations.

Our 24-hour Welcome and Information Desk is always there to help with any questions. In addition, guests can get information on what to visit in the city and how to get there safely and securely.
For guests who want to relax, stay in and enjoy movies in our large in-house theatre. Our free billiards table and great common spaces are great spots to meet fellow hostellers. Guests can check out sanitized pool cues and balls to play. The lounge and game rooms are open 24/7.
