The hostel "El Ceramista" is a beautiful colonial house built in the 1940s. The house is located close to the square Carrillo in the same street as the Trinidad Cigar Factory. In a distance of just 600 meters you can find the historical centerwith all the main tourist points of interest. Upon your arrival you will be served a delicious cold fruit juicefor free. The hostel neighborhood is very pleasant, central and very safe. In the house there are three air conditioned rooms with big windows and private bathroom whole the rooms are located on the second floor.
In the house lives a family of 5 people: 4 adults and 2 kids. Your hosts Alexey and Family will offer you a service of maximum quality with entertainment, good food and lots of pleasure. Their son Alexey runs a traditional pottery in the house. By keeping alive one of the most ingrained Trinidarian traditions he creates beautiful masterpieces of ceramic art. Of course, you are invited to discover his creations and, if you want, he will happy to give you a free pottery lesson.
If you inform the family aboutyour hour of arrival you will be expected atyour personal arrival point (e.g. the Viazul bus station).

We had a great stay at Hostal Casa El Ceramista! It was walking distance to the restaurants and things whort seeing. It was a nice roof where we had breakfast, and the staff were great!

Mi pareja y yo hemos pasado unos dÃas realmente increÃbles en la casa del Ceramista con la familia de Alexey, la única pena fue que no pudimos quedarnos más tiempo. Muy atentos a que estuviéramos a gusto en un ambiente familiar y acogedor, sin duda de las mejores experiencias en la isla. Alexey nos coordinó los taxis que necesitamos para movernos y para las excursiones. Una noche pedimos cena y nos prepararon un pollo en salsa espectacular acompañado de los mejores frijoles que hemos comido en la isla. Los

Great location and very nice and clean. Great breakfast and nice atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful, and could also help with organizing fun trips in and around Trinidad! Excellent service!
