Good place to stop at post or pre the Amazon. Nice breakfast included. Rooms were spacious but very warm. No lockers or lock on the door. Pool is good to cool down in. Hammocks to chill in if you arrive very early in the morning.

Good hostel to use as a base for doing a tour, friendly owner makes a good cocktail and nice pool. The pizza you can get delivered there is really good, ask the owner about it
