It was really Khara.
They have bedbugs, and that caused allergic inflammation, we did leave after 1 night and asked for the refund by sending an email with pics explaining what happened to us but the hostel responded it’s the website's problem. There were no stuff there, they didn’t wanna come.
No one should go there, I couldn’t go out because of the signs of inflammation on my hands. They were the worst days because of them

The lady on reception was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful (eg when asked for recommendation for where to eat she just said "NO!" very strange compared with previous hostel in Mostar!)
The shower (on the top floor) was also just a trickle of Luke warm water. Other than that facilitates OK, not amazing but ok.
The location was excellent, very close to old town etc...
