The house has a wide garden with wonderful, centuries-old lindens (in which you can have breakfast during summer), a comfortable living-room ( free Internet connection) and it offers to the guest, togheter with modern services and family management, a quiet and relaxing environment.

Car parking and warehouse are available. Bedrooms are on two floors: an elevated floors and a first floor without elevator.

The house 'BB Vinicius et Mita' has wide, classically furnished bedrooms with view on the garden, bathrooms inside . Each bedroom has an insect screen or paddle airing on the ceiling and thermal insulating windows.

We had a great time staying at Vinicius et mita. The hostess - Adriana - was very friendly, she gave good suggestions for restaurants, about transport in the city, and was happy to store our luggage as we arrived well and truly before check-in time. The bed was comfortable and the room, and bathroom were clean. The location is a little far from the â€œmain sightsâ€ of Rome, but you arenâ€™t far from a metro, and other places locally are a bit cheaper than in the centre. Would definitely recommend!

Property well located to Metro, restaurants, Cafe's Owners, staff very helpful. Only problem is if one has early morning flights trains stops at 1am.

It is not a B&B as breakfast is not included. Wifi didn't work. You have to be super quiet around, its like a family house. I wouldn't reserve again.
