The hotel is located in the historical centre of Venice between Campo SanTom and Campo Santa Barnaba, one of the most interesting areas of Venice, E FEW STEPS from Campo Santa Margherita and the moste famous bar of the city, at 2 minutes from university, one minute from San Tom stop,5 minutes from The Accademia.
The rooms are well cared for and kept up on a regular maintenance schedule.
Week- end minimum stay 2 nights cancellation are accepted 76 hours before you arrival date.

good location but no AC made it hard to sleep in the heat

Great location, close to centre but quiet, easy walk from bus station with backpacks, room was satisfactory, old but clean, no air conditioning but a fan, windows to ventilate but mosquitos at night, bathroom was clean. Wifi only works in the reception, not in the rooms. Need cash on arrival for payment, no visa/card payment. Free luggage storage is only available until 5pm after checkout, after 5pm it costs €10. No free kitchen facilities at all, no kettle, only paid breakfast option.
