The room was charming, comfy and clean. The facility had a nice modern feel that was welcoming. The staff were helpful.

The hotel looks nice, but has no soul. Staff is friendly, but does only offer the most necessary. There was not even drinking water available. Towels were dirty, room looked uncosy, bed was comfortable. Nobody has put any love in this hotel, although it could be great by just offering better service and willingness to welcome travellers. I feel sorry for leaving such a low rating, but I expected more as the place has a very good rating.
