We have 10 large rooms with private bathrooms, ceiling fans, 24-hour hot shower and clean beds – single and double, each with its own mosquito net. We provide free Wi-Fi Internet access, free parking, free information regarding Chitwan National Park, professional guide service (including free Tharu village visit and sunset point), restaurant service (6.00 AM – 9.00 PM) and laundry service.

2. Check-out Time: until 12 (noon).
3. Payment: Full balance must be paid in cash only upon checking in.
4. Cancellation Policy: Up to 1 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.

(1) Children below 5 Years: No Charges
(2) Children between 5 to 10 Years: will be charged 50%
(3) Children above 10 Years: will be charge 100% .
6. Pets are allowed in hotel but must be inform to the hotel
7. Reception Working Hours: from 08:00 to 23:00.
8. Unnecessary thing like weapons, drugs are not allowed in hotel.
9. Smoking is allowed in the hotel.
10. Hotel will provide free pickup service service from sauraha Bus Park if required.
11. Breakfast is not including in room rate.
12. If you want to do any Chitwan National Park activities like hiking in national park, elephant ride, canoeing, jeep safari, night tower stay, and more you can also book this activities in hotel with budget price with experience local guide.
