Location is central, but far enough from main roads, so perfect.
Staff was alright overall.
The down points:
Rooms, batrhoom especially, can be better cleaned and aired before doing the check in.
On the single room(s) because have an inclined ceiling a different color paint or any sort of warning should be add to caution or focus your attention when you're about to hit the wall with your head (and I'm not a tall person)
Better attention to supply ,refill the vending machines downstair.

Simple but did the job! Check-in was difficult and was waiting around a while but the private twin room was everything we needed it to be and an easy walk to old town or bus and metro

Me dejaron en la calle! Tuvimos que buscarnos otro hotel a las 12 de la noche, con frío y nevando!
Perdí el dinero.
Cuidado y avisar porque no dan claves de acceso y no hay nadie en recepción
