Casa Tamayo Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 17:00 . If the customer wants to arrive after this hour they MUST to contact the property and tell the hour of arrival.
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before the arrival.

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and / or closed areas. Otherwise, a charge of $ 1,500 MXN will be generated for disinfection and cleaning.

No noise is allowed from 22:00 hrs. at 8:00 hrs.
Each guest is responsible for leaving the occupied common areas clean and tidy, as well as washing the dishes used.
All guests and / or visitors must be registered at the reception. The charge for each extra person is $350 MXN (per night).
Each lost key will have a charge of $ 500 MXN.
