what a gem of a hostel/hotel! my boyfriend and i stayed in one of the Jaguar rooms and it was just what we needed with a comfy, clean bed and working AC. the bathrooms were immaculately clean, the atmosphere is beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the services they offer are so unique and worth researching before arriving ;) also i love that we had a kitchen to cook in! highly highly recommend this place when in Tulum!

Wonderful place! I wish it wasn’t so overpriced around that area with restaurants (central tulum is a lot better with dinner prices). It Definitely won comfiest bed/room of the trip and we went to many hostels (also it was absolutely the most peaceful)! I wish we looked it up on google before we went so we could mentally prepare for the other services they offered it was super cool that they have that I just wish I knew before going in (and bug spray).
Overall super nice staff and 10/10 zen.

Juan Luiz and Jasmin were great. Friendly and helpful. There was another person at the front desk not that polite. Wifi only worked for 2 days and there was no effort to bring it back. My room had a leaking on the sink, on the bath tube and there was no initiative to change me to another room. It is a beautiful hotel but the price does not worth it.
