Le Mat hostel is located in a beautiful and one of the most iconic listed buildings of the old town. Is located in the heard of Larnaca, only 100 meters from Finikoudes Beach, 300 meters from St. Lazarus church. Shops, bars, restaurants within a short walking distance. Hospitality is a keyword for us. We offer a clean and safe environment, with a fully equipped kitchen that you can use to cook your meals, a yard where you can rest and relax. The reception works from 9:30 am to 14:00 pm.
check in from 13:00 to 22:30 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Cancellation policy based on the policy: 
Flexible: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation, 50% will be charged. In a case of a No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Non-refundable: No refund, no date transfers. 

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit card, or debit card.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

For the loss of a room key, the guests need to pay the amount of 50 euros, loss of the locker key the guests need to pay the amount of 10 euros
Property damage the guests need to pay for it

Breakfast is not included.
No curfew.
No Pets 
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
The property holds the right to refuse entry
In the case of :
abusive behavior, under the influence of narcotics or high amounts of alcohol, not respecting the property rules (The guests will leave the property eminently and they are not eligible for any sort of refund/ compensation)
