Our establishment has hosted thousands of visitors from all over the world over many decades. We do not have whirlpools or massage chairs. Great location. Delicious breakfast!! Our bed broke 4 times. Every time we tried to fix it, but it would break again if it was sat on wrong and the mattress and frame would fall towards the floor. They accommodated us with another room to sleep in, but the bed wasn’t as comfy and the original one.

This was a great little hotel in Zermatt. The beds i would say are not to comfortable but everything else about this place was amazing. The rooms had great views and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit within Zermatt! They just opened a new portion of the hotel as well so I would check that place out as well.

The room was so clean and cozy, it felt more like being in a cabin than a hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super helpful
