We had to wait 30 min at reception to check in because no one could find the receptionist and the people at the bar said its not their job. And then to check out, they again could not find the receptionist and had to wait 10 min. Really the worst check in experience I have ever had.

Great location and nice facilities, but good luck with getting someone to answer your emails, calls, or even show up to the front desk. When we showed up, we were told the four of us would be in a 5 person room alone but then we walked in and another girl was in our room. We were on the first floor and had to move to the 4th floor because the music from downstairs was making our beds physically shake. Twice we got booked into a room that already been slept in and not cleaned. Won’t be returning

very misleading name for a hostel. didn't get any sleep. the club, directly below the rooms, goes until 3am and shakes your bed. I don't see any reason to recommend this place.
