Place photos were more different than expected. We were NOT allowed to check-in. Our room was unprepared, not functioning, and no water. We spent an hour trying to cancel, as we could not cancel, THEY needed to. No one including manager would cancel our booking, they called regional office, they wouldnt. We waited more hours and returned, they STILL didnt cancel. We paid for NOTHING !!!!
