Directly on the busiest road which can be good if that’s what you want. There is a lot of noise from the party street right in front though!
Rooms were okay honestly. Everything was clean. Just a big musky smell from keeping the A/C off for days. If your goal is to get something cheap and convenient, then it’s a good place! Honestly I would rather pay a bit more for something better.
