Hikers Den is the first and only hostel in Zabljak- with a warm heart and truly homely feel!
We sit down with each and every guest on arrival and help you plan your time in National Park Durmitor whether it be hiking, biking, rafting, canyoning or simply just exploring the beautiful surroundings in the fresh mountain air.
We also have spare hiking shoes, jackets, warm clothes and we will provide you with free paper and digital(offline) hiking maps. Every morning we hold hike briefings and help people find hike buddies if they don't want to hike alone.

We were to guys staying at hikers den for two nights. The hosts are amazing, and helped us in planning our trips around the area. They also helped us in booking other hostels on our holiday. The atmosphere on the hostel is great. You meet lots of other people in the commonroom of the hostel, where you can share experiences and tips for your yourney. All in all we were very happy with our stay!

Absolutely incredible hiking hostel. Stefan and Alex were fantastic and knowledgeable hosts, highlighting all the possible trails and activities in the area upon arrival. They
ensure you have up-to-date trail and weather information before you head out in the mornings, and have hiking shoes/gear available if you need it. Great location, social atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

amazing property! the owners are incredible, very friendly and always there to help! the morning briefings are amazing and really helpful for a solo traveller looking for hiking friends! 100% would recommend to anybody!
