Hostel Los Viajeros is a modern structure at its second season. We are available for any kind of backpackers and we offer a wide and beautiful dining area with satellite TV.
We are located in a central area, at only five blocks from the bus terminal. Around the hostel you can find different good restaurants such as the Catalan flag, Pangea. Moreover, you can also find The Vineria, supermarket and bakery.
Here, you can also hike, horseback riding, in glaciers and lakes areas enjoying an incredible view. Another important attraction of El Chalten is the Fizt Roy, a one majestic mountain Chalten.
The hostel has three bedrooms and three sextuplet and quadruple rooms. The rooms, are spacious and comfortable and have linens, WiFi and air-conditioned.

Enjoyable hostel, however a major downfall was needing to pay to use the kitchen. This was the first time I’ve encountered this system.

No lockers in the room. Good location compared to bus station and grocery store.
Barely no English. Owner seemed cranky. Clean.
Ok WiFi, good variety of breakfast 6.30-10. Hot showers, enough bathrooms.
Kitchen: bad light by the stove, bad stove, takes 30 min to get water boiling. You need to pay 1000 peso in deposit for each person that needs cutlery (knife, fork, spoon), you get the money back.

The good: The Staff here is very kind and will help you out if you make an effort to be kind to them. The location is perfect. The breakfast was great, even had eggs one morning.
The Bad: Wifi did not work great. Rooms are a little cramped. No lockers to store stuff in but you can leave backpacks behind the desk and the staff will watch them for you.
Overall, not a bad option.
