only issue was how you got onto the top bunk - it was 2 small wedges of wood that you have to scramble up. we ended up putting the mattress on the floor because we couldn’t comfortably get on and off the top bunk so knew it would be an issue during the night. other than that, the staff were lovely and offered advice about day trips and the kitchen was well equipped!

Stayed a night before catching my bus out of Pucon. Place was clean, good kitchen and staff were nice. Pretty disorganised though - hadn’t kept track of which beds had already been allocated and so kept giving beds away that people had already claimed

Very welcoming and helpful staff. One thing that could be improved is how to get onto the top bunk beds. I found the ledges quite inadequate. I also think a smoking ban on the balcony should be enforced as the smoke comes into the dormitory beside the balcony.
