Property was in poor condition (an officer arrived while I was in the kitchen regarding complaints about property violations). Bathrooms were visibly dirty,had towels on the floor and had pests (I saw a roach while brushing my teeth). The Staff were polite but the atmosphere was bizzare. Doors did not lock except on bathrooms and front door late at night. There was a dog who although had a trimmed coat was filthy to touch and potentially had fleas

They have roaches and mold. It’s a hostile environment. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. A customer left due to 2 roaches being in her tooth brush. It’s roaches in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There is pea residue on toilets. Toilets and bathroom areas are beyond dirty with poop stains. This is not sanitary and can harm those staying there.

“Hostel†doesn’t answer the phone. Couldn’t get ahold of them days/weeks in advance to modify my reservation. People there are weird and stare you down, all seemed high and not quite with it. No one there was under the age of 40, seemed like a homeless shelter with the kinds of people they’re letting in. Front door unlocked half the time and bedroom always unlocked. Bedroom reeks of BO. Bedding situation is abominable, everything just felt gross. Slept in my car the rest of my Dallas time.
