It is bad. Smell, mice in kitchen, no hot water in showers time to time.

It’s ok for a night. Half of the people in the hostel seemed to work there for accomodation. Our room could have used an extra vacuum clean, but the bathrooms were spotless. Our room was over booked twice within that one night. But they solved in eventually, so we could all have our own bed. Towels at no charge available. Central location.

We loved our stay at Manor House! Nice vibe there, rooms were comfy and location great :)
Big shoutout to the younger guy behind reception, so nice and made us feel welcome!
Fun place if you’re backpacking Dunedin, and the staff will make sure you have a good old time!
