Våre gjester forteller oss at dette vandrerhjemmet er "veldig rent, moderne og romslig", med et fint kjøkken og rene bad og er "et veldig trygt sted med sikkerhetsskap". Vi liker at dette vandrerhjemmet ligger utenfor allfarvei, men ligger innen gangavstand fra byens hovedattraksjoner, med "mange kafeer i nærheten hvor vi kan blande oss med lokalbefolkningen".

Welcome to Stockholm?s new and modern hostel, located in Sofo, Sodermalm, in the heart of Stockholm City, next to the metro station Skanstull.
Here you can enjoy the relaxed, cosy atmosphere or just saunter around in the famous area of Sofo with its culturally diverse shops and caf?s.
Our hostel is located in the centre of Sofo, known for being Stockholm?s cultural midpoint, with its restaurants, gallerias, music events, bars and odd boutiques. From here it?s a short walking distance to (among others) the Old City, The Globe, the royal castle and shopping.
We offer our guests free Internet (stationary computers and Wi-Fi), coffee/tea, laundry, some games, newspapers and magazines, and free access to our homely kitchen, equipped with stove, fridges and microwaves.
We offer cosy rooms with new and modern beds. You can choose to stay in a larger dorm with twelve beds for a cheap price or you can choose to stay in a smaller, more private room. Rooms are of a nice and cosy standard, where we try to create an individual character, interactive for our hostel.
We have separate showers with WC for men and women, lots of WCs in the corridor space and a handicap WC with shower.
We try to keep a high cleanliness standard and want to make sure that our guests sleeps in new and fresh sheets; those you can rent for 50SEK from us, towels for rent are 15SEK.
In our library you can find books in different languages; here you can also lend a book or switch your old book to a new.
A draper?s shop is one block away from our hostel; it costs around 95SEK per five kilos of laundry, and we also have ironing facilities.

Natt til mandag var det svært mye bråk da et mongolsk basketballlag (20-30 personer) arrangerte fest der. Etter å ha spurt om de kunne være stille tre ganger ringte jeg vakttelefonen for å rapportete om bråk. Personen som tok telefonen sa at han ikke kunne gjøre noe med saken fra der han var, men at han skulle gi beskjed til de som skulle på vakt neste morgen. Hørte ingenting fra personalet neste morgen. De beklaget seg per mail. i ettertid. Ellers et fint og moderne hostel med sentral beligg.

Pros: Overall a positive stay and would recommend the place.
Very close to the bus stop and a train station. Close to a good sized supermarket. Clean, well decorated, spacious room, good facilities and kitchen, free towel and lock. Most of the staff was friendly. I was allowed to check in early.
Cons: One of the staff was berating me because I had a disagreement of their policy. There is only one lounge in the kitchen. Location away from city center, doors and lockers are noisy, no group activities.

What makes us special is that we're a genuine hostel located in the middle of a genuine part of Stockholm. We love Södermalm, and so will you! Here's the place where you can stroll around with the locals, the hipsters and the bohemians. The waters are always close and so are the parks so there's a festival feeling every (non-rainy) night of the summer. I think our cool location in town, near SoFo, is among the best things about us.
Our hostel is relaxed, friendly, well set-up and clean. You can sleep tight in the high-quality beds. You can also do your laundry after a long journey, upload your Facebook photos with our free Wi-Fi and computers, cook free pasta, tea and coffee or just have a chat with our staff in case of boredom. :) For fun our guests usually chat away while nom-nomming on free pasta in the kitchen, or borrow a game or listen to music. We actually have a ton of extras available-you can buy your bicycle card here and we have a small library where you can borrow or exchange a book (in many languages) or borrow guidebooks and games. We'll take good care of you!
