Terms & Conditions:
1. Check-in time: from 14:00 to 00:00
2. Check-out time: from 07:00 to 12:00 noon.
3. Payment: cash or credit card (Visa, Master) is accepted upon arrival.
4. Cancellation policy: 2 days' advance notice is required.
5. Age restriction: the minimum age to check-in is 15 years old.
6. Reception is open from 9:00 to 00:00. Please email or message us for special time check-in.
7. A 100 baht deposit for the key is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.
8. Towels are not included but can be rented at the reception for 40 baht with a 100 baht deposit.
9. There is no curfew.
10. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
11. We have 1 kitten, R-Thai, so please let us know if you have any allergies.
