Alone, in twos or with a bunch of Aight – in our zoo every monkey will surely find bliss!

Cancellation policy: 24 hours before arrival date. In case of a late cancellation or a no show property will charge a fee equal to the first night of your stay.
Check in from 16:00 to 22:00.
Check out before 11:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.
Taxes not included - tourist tax (Kurtaxe) 1.07 EUR per person per night.
Breakfast not included - 9,90 EUR per person.

Reception is closed from 22:00pm - 08:00am.

Nice hostel to stay for a short time. Very clean, and good to have a bed with curtains, and a locker. I stayed two nights and one whole day during the weekdays, but if I stayed in Hamburg longer or in a weekend I’d prefer a hostel that also have a hangout area and a kitchen in adition to the dorms. For example there’s nowhere to eat a simple breakfast, if you prefer not to spend money on breakfast on a café.

Beds and rooms were comfy with a curtain. Only thing this hostel was missing is a common room/bar etc. for socializing and meeting others

I was running late as my train was delayed. The staff were great at informing me of how to enter the property and was easy once I managed to find the hostel. The bad thing was that unfortunately someone else had chosen to sleep in both my bed and his own. Which can’t be helped by them. Unfortunately I did have to them get a train and travel to their other hostel to get clean laundry. Quite frankly unacceptable at 12pm and was offered no help via staff.
