Stayed in a private, and got a really nice room in the hotel part of the building. The staff were all great, especially Francesco at the front desk, who was super friendly, funny and gave perfect recommendation for both sightseeing/activities and food! Service in the bar was a bit slow at times. We didn't partake much in the socialising on this trip, but the atmosphere seemed very nice, and facilities were good. All inn all, very satisfied!

A nice hostel with great central location. Lovely terrace. One minute walk from metrostation. Good staff, we had amazing help from one particular guy, (I am upset he I don't remember his name). Some of the staff could learn from him. Annoying that they take money to keep your luggage. We travelled to seven other Italian cities, none of them charged us for luggage storage.Our biggest issue was the cleanliness. We arrived early, and both the room and bathroom were dirty. -very loud common area with lots of locals, bathrooms & dorm could have been cleaner, top bunk wasn’t comfortable, bad Wifi
