A vinyl curtain is installed at the reception.
In consideration of the health of both customers and staff, the staff will be wearing masks as a precautionary measure.
We will ask you to cooperate to check your body temperature with non-contact type thermometer on your arrival.
If your body temperature is over 37.5℃, we will call Consultation Center for recent arrivals and people who have been exposed to a person with confirmed COVID-19 in Ota city.

Please cooperate with our customers to prevent infection and spread.
Hand sanitizer is now available at the entrance. We highly recommend practicing proper hand disinfection at all times.
Hand soap is also provided in washrooms. Please practice proper hand washing and gargle whenever possible.
If you are experiencing a fever or cough, or if you are feeling unwell in any way after the check in, please speak to the staff immediately.
We will call Consultation Center for recent arrivals and people who have been exposed to a person with confirmed COVID-19 in Ota city.
