They were amazing! WhatsApp was very easy to contact staff if we needed anything from checkin help, laundry, and massages! The lady let us check in early due to our flight arriving very early and it was very kind she waved the early check in fee and showed us to the room!

Overpriced and understaffed. room was very small and very basic for the price paid and our shower didn't have any hot water despite paying for an ensuite room. just not good unfortunately.

Reception staff very friendly. Location an 8 minute walk to the plaza. Very clean and comfortable beds. No kettle in room but shared kitchen is big and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Bathroom a little dated but clean. Communal areas kept clean. Offer laundry drop off and pick up which is slightly more than other shops but convenient. One draw back - the rooms aren’t sound proofed at all so can hear everything! Also people are considerate when leaving for the excursions at 3-4am
