Gili Air strikes the perfect balance between quiet relaxation, great restaurants, exciting activities and amazing accommodation options.

We currently dont have a pool or restaurant on site as we have recently taken over management of this site and will be renovating this property into My Mates Place Gili Air before next high season. The photos of beach bars are our direct neighbors and provide easy access to enjoy this wonderful side of the island.

Cancellation

Cancellations made before 3 days of the check-in date may be cancelled free of charge.


Check-in

Booked rooms will be held for check-in until 06:00pm on the scheduled check-in date, unless a late arrival has been arranged, after which the booking(s) will be deemed cancelled/no-show and Royal Resort Gili Air shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests.

No refunds will be provided for the cancelled/no-show booking(s).

The earliest Check in Time: 12:00 PM

Check-out

The latest Check Out Time: 11:00 AM

Royal Resort Gili Air shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.

Luggage Storage

Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out.

The maximum storage period is one (1) day, Royal Resort Gili Air reserves the right to dispose of any luggage or items not claimed after the maximum storage period allowed.

If guest requires further assistance with storing their luggage past the maximum storage period, this can be arranged with hotel staff.
You use the luggage storage facilities at your own risk.

Royal Resort Gili Air will not be responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings.

Damage

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay.

Royal Resort Gili Air reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof.

Royal Resort Gili Air further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

Smoking

Out of concern for all of our guests, each hotel room has been deemed as a non-smoking room accommodation.

In the event that a guest smokes or permits smoking in one of our units, a 'smoke elimination fee' will be posted to the guest account upon check-out or processed as a late charge should the violation be noticed after the guest has checked out.

Smoking is allowed where ashtrays are provided.

Right to Refuse Accommodation

Royal Resort Gili Air reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons

• The booking has been paid through fraudulent means
• The booking has been altered by anyone other than Royal Resort Gili Air authorized agents or has been
tampered with or defaced (in which case Royal Resort Gili Air reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
• The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking

Royal Resort Gili Air further reserves the right to ask you to leave the Hotel and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the room, the Hotel premises, the other Hotel guests, staff or any other persons or the reputation of Royal Resort Gili Air without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.

Limitation of Liability

Royal Resort Gili Air is responsible to provide the room(s) and Add-On's stated in the Booking Confirmation(s) and according to these Terms and Conditions.

We do not accept any liability for failure to provide the services contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control.

Royal Resort Gili Air is not in a position to guarantee Guest's safety against events including but not limited to accidents, death, natural disasters, flood, riot, theft, or even acts of negligence.

All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and Royal Resort Gili Air will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked.

Royal Resort Gili Air will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or the Royal Resort Gili Air property during Guest's stay.

Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.

Conflict of Language

If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of these Terms and Conditions and any translation thereof, the English text shall prevail.
