The a&o Wien Stadthalle is located just 900 meters or one underground stop from the Westbahnhof station. The historic city centre with its numerous sights is easy to reach due to the excellent connections. With its central location the a&o is ideal for those traveling by car or train.

If you want to actively discover Vienna, a&o offers its own bike rental service. Parking is available for those arriving by car. Insider tip: Near the hostel are the Stadtbahn arches, where the hip Viennese celebrate in bars and clubs. Especially between Josef-Städter-Straße and Alserstraße is particularly busy! Also, across from our hotel is the trendy 7th district, popular with artists, vintage fans and students.

Excellent value for money. very good breakfast and comfortable bed, polite staff. the hotel is close to public transport that takes you easily to central points of the city. Furthermore, there is a small children's area, excellent for those traveling with family and needing to save money. I strongly recommend

Easy to get to the center by tram or metro. The hostel is really basic and next to a busy road. The staff didnÂ´t give any explanation but they responded if you needed something. Furthermore the room is really small (doesnÂ´t have any place to put your clothes, so weÂ´ve put the suitcases underneath the bed and left everything inside). The bathroom is also little but the shower is nice (always hot water). The drinks in the vending machines are really expensive for a hostel!

The cleanliness was really bad, especially the bathroom and toilet, and our dorm was not cleaned at all during our 3 night stay. We asked about the advertised security lockers but were told they donâ€™t have any but you could leave small items in reception. Otherwise, the room was warm and the location was good as well.
