Sharehouse Umi was newly built on a quiet bay beach and is located in an entry point to Pacific Ocean and mountain activities. It offers luxurious, comfortable facilities with hostel price, while giving you island life experiences. Short, medium and long stays are available. We are the only one to accommodate travellers from around the world in Japanese, English, German, French, and some Dutch and Italian.

All required items for private rooms, common kitchen and living room wth 12m wide window looking at Ocean, common bathrooms, and outside shower and toilet for sea activities, are available for you to start living immediately and are all free-of charge. Sharehosue is comfortably air-conditioned.

When you request to leave your luggage before check in, it is possible only from 8:00 to 11:00
2. Check-out time: by 10:00
3. Reception hour: from 8:00-18:00
4. Payment: Cash (JPY),Advance Payment by Bank Transfer (JPY) or Paypal
5. Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge 7 days before you arrival.
Cancellation within 7 days but 1 day before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the first night by
accommodation.
Cancellation on the check in date or no Show,you will be charged first night by accommodation .
6. Only accept customer over 18 Years old.
7. No smoking inside the building/Smoking available outside the building
