Alappuzha (or Alleppey) is a city on the Laccadive Sea in the southern Indian state of Kerala. Best known for its houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala backwaters, a network of peaceful canals and lagoons. Trippr Alleppey - Backpacker Hostel is set in the Alleppey Beach district.

The nearest airport is Kochi International Airport, 83 km from the hostel. Alappuzha Beach has it's history dating back to 19th-century Alappuzha Lighthouse, Mullakkal Temple features a traditional design are few highlights of the city. This laid back city offers the best to it's visitors all through the year.

Good propperty on a good location. Rooms are good. Unfortunately the bathroom is beyond discusting, clogged and extremely smelly. The chill areas are just outside and unfortunately mosquito are all over. The manager was realy nice and helpfull!! He s a very nice guy. We definately had a good time with him there and enjoyed all his recommendations. I payed around 800 euros while my friend who showed up payed 300. Its def worthed 300, but not 800.

Mosquitoes all around and art forms that may not inspire everyone to be their happiest and best .. Instructions posters stuck everywhere and tons of mosquitoes at the common area
