Nice place with good communal spaces. Was really clean, the check-in process was easy, and everyone staying there was nice. It’s important to know that the hostel isn’t actually in Leknes, it’s pretty far out of the town itself so having a car will be important. There’s a microwave and kettle that can be used but no stove top so plan to do easy cooking (the staff were fairly reliable about cleaning the dishes). Overall really great, I payed less than I thought I would for somewhere so remote.

Had a really wholesome stay here. The location is amazing, we saw the northern lights most nights I was there and the lake is stunning. Just be mindful of if the bus timetable fits with your plans!

It’s a little far from other things but the hostel is a location in itself. Kayaks, sauna, a hut with a fireplace, two common areas, projector and movie screen, bathrooms are very nice and rooms as well. Everything is very aesthetic and lots of natural art to look at. A great place to meet friends. And there are enough busses to have a day trip to all other locations in Lofoten.
