Good value for money, in walking distance to old town. I just had bad luck with my room as it was on the first floor next to a very busy and noisy street.

A hostel without a fridge or microwave? Could have stayed in a cheap hotel for not much more money and had more amenities. No wifi in lounge? That was weird. No wifi in our room either but they fixed that within 24 hrs. Room needs a window that opens, very stuffy and gets very musty in bathroom as no fresh air. Room smelled bad when we arrived but again, just needed airing out. Was clean. Front desk woman at Von stackelberg hotel which is where u have to check in to city hotel was very nice.
