Vlora Backpackers Hostel Seaside invites you to our beautiful seaside city of Vlore which offers you the unique opportunity to visit beaches on both Adriatic and Ionian sea, permit you to do boat tours to Albanians one and only Mediterranean island Sazan or relax on the very spacious main beach with its luxurious promenade.
The city of Vlore itself is a place of historic importance as it was the first capital city of the country. With its international sea port it is also a transport hub.
When in Vlore the is no question where to stay: Vlore Backpackers Hostel is proudly welcoming guests since 2015.
Sick of being squeezed into apartments in the capital? We offer you a warmly welcoming Albanian hospitality in an authentic and original Albanian townhouse, standing on its own compound with flower and vegetable garden in front and behind the house.
You have the choice between six bed dormitories and our private suite. No matter what you choose all guests will enjoy of all our services as they wish.

Cancellation policy: 24 hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 13:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 07:00 to 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 1 EUR per person per night
Breakfast included.
Reception Hour 7:00 to 00:00
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 16 years of age.

Festim (the owner) was very helpful with recommending restaurants and activities and also accessing bike rentals! I also had multiple long chats with Festim about Albania's history and learned so much from his perspective. Albania has such a rich history with parts of it that can be rather confusing to understand as a foreigner. Festim entertained all of my questions (some unnecessarily hyperspecific) with patience, care, and a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend staying here! :)

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in a private room. We visited in early April, while the hostel was relatively empty, and we had the best time. Vlora was a beautiful city but this hostel really made our trip wonderful. It was so comforting and allowed us to really explore the area, knowing we had a safe, cozy, and inviting hostel to come back to at the end of each day. The location is very central and it was really easy to walk to a number of restaurants and cafes along the beach. Festim (the owner) was very helpful with recommending restaurants and activities and also accessing bike rentals! I also had multiple long chats with Festim about Albania's history and learned so much from his perspective. Albania has such a rich history with parts of it that can be rather confusing to understand as a foreigner. Festim entertained all of my questions (some unnecessarily hyperspecific) with patience, care, and a wealth of knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend staying here in Vlora and I can't wait to come back :) Also there are two adorable puppies!
