This place location was really perfect!! I can go to my Get my guide tours pick up point by 10mins walk. The dorms were clean and warm in winter because I went in Feb. The vibe was great! There is a kitchen were most of them cooks and eats! Only down point is that there is only one shower for 20 beds. But still not all shower at the same time so just plan your showers at night. But lovely place, will definitely stay here if I visit Tromso again!

Great spot up on the hill! Has what you need for a few nights in Tromso without paying the exorbitant hotel prices!

Overall i would recommend staying here :) The location of this place is perfect and rooms are quite nice, however the fascilities could use some work - only one shower for many many beds, and two toilets. Fridge was full of old food and bins needed emptying more regularly. No lockers for valuables, however the place did feel safe at all times which was nice. No staff on site which was strange but not really an issue, and payments are made through paypal - which charges fees
