The Complex is gated with tall gates and an outdoor kitchen equipped for entertaining. Meal packages upon request. Within walking or biking distance to the University of Quintana Roo campus and the boardwalk on the bay, Boulevard Bahia. Follow Bahia north to the coastal town of Calderitas full of tiny seafood restaurants built right upon the bay. Many have steps leading into the water! Continue north to the ancient Mayan ruins of Oxtankah, an official Zone Archaeological of Mexico. Follow Bahia south and head towards Chetumal's downtown and historic districts, alight with restaurants, local Bayfront viewing points, and plazas.
