The complex has a shared, heated, seasonal outdoor pool and kiddy splash pad (open end of May through the first week of October), a year-round hot tub, a gym, a pickleball court, a basketball court, and a playground. Pickleball equipment is provided! Unit includes 2 Smart TVs with paid Netflix subscription, electric fireplace, and the community is located right next door to Megaplex Movie Theatres in Vineyard and tons of restaurants just two minutes away - Panda Express, Little Ceasars, Brooker's Ice Cream, Swig, Mo Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food, Chubbys Cafe, and Umami Japanese BBQ. 2 min from I-15.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
