The owner had closed the hostel for Christmas but was still acepting bookings. We arrived and were initially told the hostel was full and our booking hadnt come through, despite having part paid. After being made to wait more than an hour the owner eventually arrived and told us the hostel was closed. She acted as though we were being difficult in asking for our money back and we then had to go and find somewhere to stay over Christmas at very late notice.
