For this cheap price you of course donâ€™t expect much, so the cleanliness and place in general was bad. The room didnâ€™t have any window or ventilation. The biggest problem though was that the staff was not helpful, didnâ€™t seem to understand they worked in a service business. They couldnâ€™t provide a key to the front door, so you had to be back in at some point in the night they said. Even some of the kids of the girl in the reseption seemed to be on "night watch" and sat up watching TV all night

THE HOSTEL IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, NICE LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE STAFF, NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE CITY, AND UNABLE TO GIVE THE RIGHT INFORMATION. THE PLACE IS FAIRLY CLEAN, BUT THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE KITCHEN. IT IS AN ACCEPTABLE PLACE, BUT IT IS NOT THE RIGHT TIME OF THE YEAR TO VISIT SANTIAGO / CHILE. THERE IS NO HEAT. IT FEELS LIKE BEING IN A REFRIGERATOR.
