I had a very negative experience with The Chill House Hostel Kochi. They have a WhatsApp group where they share sensitive guest information, such as passport details, which is both unprofessional and potentially unlawful. It's one thing for them to use this for their internal purposes, but sharing such information between hostels is a serious breach of privacy and violates data protection laws. I was unfairly reported by my previous homestay in this WhatsApp group. Very unprofessionally managed.

Had a great stay. The host Niaz is very helpful and showed me a different side to Kochi that you normally wouldn't see! Great location. Would recommend

Ran into some Israeli people here who were unsavoury to say the least. Hostel host should have kicked them out. Was not a very chill experience.
