Welcome to the newest hostel in Manaus!

Although founded in 2019, we have been under new management since February 2024, bringing new vision and energy to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. Come and discover the changes and improvements we've made to make your stay unforgettable!

Angatu Hostel Service is a hidden gem of accommodation located in the heart of Manaus, in the charming Cachoeirinha neighborhood. We embrace the concept of sharing and privacy, offering both shared and private rooms to meet the needs of all our guests.

Each of our rooms has been carefully designed to provide a cozy and comfortable environment, where you can relax and recharge after a day of exploration.

Angatu Hostel Service Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Taxes included.
Breakfast not included - 30 BRL per person per day.

General:
Reception: from 08:00 to 22:00
No curfew.

[01] Check-in and Check-Out:
The Check-In time (arrival at Angatu Hostel Service) is from 2:00 PM, and the Check-Out time (departure from Angatu Hostel Service) is until 12:00 PM.
Guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at Angatu Hostel Service, using the common areas after prior identification, but access to the rooms will only be allowed after 2:00 PM.
At the time of Check-Out, guests must remove all their belongings from the room and complete the procedure by 12:00 PM.

[02] Payment:
To confirm the reservation, payment via bank deposit or credit card is required, corresponding to the first night, along with sending the proof by email or WhatsApp, if done by bank deposit.
The remaining payment for accommodation must be made at the time of Check-In.
If you wish to extend your stay, check availability in advance and make the additional payment immediately.
All items for sale and rental must be paid for at the time of purchase.

[03] Conduct:
At Angatu Hostel Service, the comfort, safety, and well-being of our guests are of paramount importance. Any guest who, according to our team's assessment, compromises the comfort, safety, or well-being of other guests, staff, or residents will be asked to leave the premises of Angatu Hostel Service, without a refund. We ask that guests respect other guests, staff, residents, and the property during their stay.

[04] Pet Friendly:
At Angatu Hostel Service, we welcome guests accompanied by their pets. We believe they are part of the family and are welcome to enjoy the experience with us.
Advance Notification: To ensure that we can provide suitable accommodations and a comfortable environment for you and your pet, we request that you inform us in advance about the presence of your pet during your stay.

Pet owners are responsible for ensuring the good behavior and control of their pets during their stay. Pets must be kept under control at all times and should not disturb other guests or staff.

Cleaning Fee: To cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs related to pets, a cleaning fee may be applied. This fee will be charged once during the stay and will be communicated when making the reservation.

Designated Areas: Common areas of the hostel, such as living rooms, kitchen, and reception, may have restrictions on pet presence. Please make sure to respect any specific rules or restrictions related to pets in common areas.

Local Laws and Regulations: Pet owners must be aware of and comply with all local laws and regulations related to pets, including vaccination and identification requirements, where applicable.

[05] Visits:
Respecting the privacy of other guests and safety, visits and guests are allowed only in social areas, upon identification at the reception, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and with an additional fee.

[06] Detailed Hostel Policy Booklet:
At Check-In, a detailed booklet of Angatu Hostel Service policies will be provided.
