The meaning of the name Chikkamagaluru literally translates to “Younger Daughter’s Town”. According to history, this place was given to the daughter of Rukmangada, the ruler of Sakharayapatna as a dowry.

This town is calm and fascinating place for the tourists around the world. The weather here is always salubrious and romantic. At the height of 3400 ft above the sea level the sceneries and the attractions offered by nature are awe inspiring. Owing to it’s geography the temperature here is never above 30 degrees.

-Guests must present a valid photo identification during check-in and upon request. Local IDs are not accepted.
- Check-in time is between 13:00 to 20:00 hours, and check-out is required by 10:00 A.M.
- Children are not permitted on the premises, and neither cots nor extra beds are available.

- Age restrictions apply; the minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Group bookings are limited to a maximum of 6 persons per booking.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and substance abuse are strictly prohibited within the premises.

- Guests are advised to bring their own personal toiletries.
- Refunds for cancelled bookings.
There will be no refunds for cancelled bookings under any
circumstances.

- While we will make every effort to accommodate multiple bookings in the same room, this may not always be possible, especially during periods of high demand.
