Artsy Vitoria Hostel

We are the only Business Hostel with an industrial design atmosphere in the state of Espírito Santo, designed to offer the best comfort, quality and differentiated services. The common areas are shared, such as the American kitchen, the TV room and the cafeteria, as well as a large panoramic terrace of European-Spanish inspiration.

We are located in the República district, next to Vitória Airport, close to the capital's main beach, Praia de Camburi, the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES) and other colleges. We have tourist attractions nearby such as the Galpão da Paneleiras de Goiabeiras and the Pedra da Cebola Park.

Why does Artsy Vitória Hostel meet the sustainability requirements inherent in the business?

We have implemented a water reuse system, duly treated and filtered, for use in flushing toilets, cleaning common areas, watering plants and the garden;

Water from showers, sinks and the washing machine is treated and filtered for reuse in flushing toilets;

The hot water for showers and the kitchen sink is 100% heated by the solar panel system without consuming electricity;

The hot water for the showers is heated immediately when the valve is opened, avoiding wasting water regulating the temperature; the system allows the water to be heated to approximately 50 degrees Celsius.

We use photovoltaic panels and inverters to feed electricity into the grid and generate credits, which will be deducted from the utility bill.

Artsy Vitoria Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 .

General rules:

Reception: From 07:00 to 22:00

No curfew.

Guests must provide their personal details and show a valid photo ID at check-in, after which they must pay the daily rate.

Guests who have not made a reservation (walk-in) must pay the amount at check-in. We do not accept walk-ins after 9 pm.

Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 12:00. After this time it is possible to use the luggage service.

It is the guest's sole responsibility to look after their personal belongings. Upon check-in, guests will receive their room and locker keys, as well as an electronic access card to the hostel premises (gate and main access door).

Reception hours are from 07:00 until 22:00. The hostel is equipped with a 24-hour full-time video surveillance system.

It is forbidden to carry or consume illicit drugs in the hostel. Smokers should go to the outside areas (lounge or terrace) and dispose of their cigarette butts.

The hostel has free internet for guests via Wi-Fi (with a mesh network system).

Please avoid damaging the hostel's belongings; in the event of damage, the guest will have to pay the cost.

Please cooperate in the conservation, saving and cleaning of the hostel premises.

Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the daily rate for all guests and is served between 07:30 and 10:30 in the morning.

Kitchen: We have a fridge for storing guests' food and drinks, always remembering to label them with your name and room ID. Use of the stove is from 12:00 until 20:00 for handling food.

Rooms: All rooms are equipped with bathrooms and air conditioning. The suites will be cleaned as often as necessary, preferably between 12:00 and 14:00. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms, only in the common areas.

Bathrooms: Do not throw paper in the toilet or on the floor. Help with the cleaning.

Guests are not allowed in rooms other than their own. Washing clothes in the bathroom is not allowed.

Luggage storage: Luggage storage is available free of charge. Guests must collect their luggage by 9 pm (if they have checked out at 12pm). Guests are not allowed to return to their rooms after checking out when picking up their luggage.

Parking: Parking is charged separately at R$ 12.00 per day per car for guests staying at the hotel and R$ 20.00 for guests not staying at the hotel.
