This place is really good value. The staff are friendly and very accommodating when it comes to the hostel, but weren’t particularly helpful in terms of information needed for hikes. Walls are super thin so could hear lots of noise. The rooms weren’t cleaned regularly (mate spilled on the floor for multiple days), but could see regular cleaning of other areas. Close to the bus station but a little walk to the start of most hikes. Wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers,good for downtime otherwise

Comfy beds, really nice atmosphere in a more chilled out hostel. Would recommend as a place to have some downtime after some big hikes. Just a word of caution on the en suite bookings, we booked the 4 bed en suite and arrived to be told they don't have en suites.
