Alentejo Surf Camp & Hostel

If you want to learn how to surf - join our Beginner Surf camp in Alentejo!

We are based in Vila Nova de Milfontes, a surf resort part of the Alentejo coastline, since 2009. Thanks to unique combination of pure nature of the Alentejo region, generous hospitality of locals, magical Portuguese cuisine and various surf spots for every level, MIlfontes can be definitely described as the best surf destination in Portugal.

In your stay is already included:

Daily accommodation in the Surf House: bed in the mixed Shared room OR Twin shared room*;
Breakfast and small lunchbox to the beach;
TWO surf sessions per day (2hours lesson + 2hours self-practicing with photo-coaching /6days)**
Full equipment;
Transport to/from the beach;
Yoga sessions / max 4 days / morning or evening / 30 min***
Sport insurance during the lessons.

*Stay in the Private Twin room costs extra 35EUR (low&middle season) and 40EUR (high season) per night;
?** Every Wednesday instead of second surf session we have tour around the coastline and Vila Nova de Milfontes

We are doing our best to provide you a UNIQUE surf experience and make your surf trip unforgettable: we are proud that 90% of our beginner students in the end of their week of surfing are catching their first green waves by themselves.

Among other things you will explore the beatiful Alentejo coastline as, according to surf forecast and your surf skills, lessons are hold on different surf spots and stunning beaches as São Torpes beach, beaches of Porto Covo, lha do Pessegueiro beach, Aivados and Malhão beaches.

Have a bike ride, join our family dinners in the House or Sunsets picnic, join yoga lessons or go for homemade ice-cream walk in Town! We are here for you and happy to support you in any activities and desires!
