Stayed four nights in the hostel and have no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was neat and clean, the location excellent, and set in a beautiful location. Will certainly recommend to friends and very much hope to stay there next time I’m in the Lakes!

I was sadly disappointed with Grasmere YH. The resources were poor for visitors who were self catering. The later check in was difficult in the dark, the walk up to the YH was poorly lit and the car park was very small. I would not recommend this YH

My first time staying in one of your hostels and it won’t be the last ! We were a group of 6 people and everyone enjoyed their stay at grasmere
We would definitely recommend this venue and we will be back next year if not before
