My biggest problem wasn’t really with the hostel, but with the booking . Me and my friends booked 4 beds in a mixed dorm and 1 in a female dorm. What we got was each individual dorm, not together. That was really annoying as this was not what we booked. They did try to change it and managed to put two and two together. That’s credit for the hostel for trying, but this is not suppose to happen.

This place smells. It smells of boiled meat, dirty bathrooms, damp carpets, closed rooms.

Beds and linens are great! Fan in the room. Shower curtains are new. Cleanliness is great. Toilet needs to be serviced as water is leaking through shower heads and toilet bowls. Excellent customer service! Needu and Andrew assisted in our booking and made our stay a memorable one. Andrew rectified the error in our booking at past midnight! He brought us up to our beds! My travel mate is uncomfortable with the boys in the room. Needu gave us an upgrade. We were well taken care of!
