MuchoMadrid has spacious rooms right on Gran Vía in the centre of Madrid, close to the opera house, the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol. Many Hostelworld visitors have said their favourite feature of this hostel is its location ‘in the middle of a major part of Madrid’, within walking distance of popular bars and clubs where ‘both tourists and locals hang out’. Our location, in the heart of the city centre, on Gran Via, is close to the best shopping and nightlife spots in a city that never sleeps. Were also near neighbourhoods renowned for their nightlife, such as Santa Ana, Huertas, Chueca and Malasana.
We have five comfortable and spacious rooms. Each guest has their own private locker. Bath towels, bed linen, ferre Wi-Fi.
Were located near many famous sites like Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and the Royal Opera and are within walking distance of many more. If you're hungry for tapas you can easily walk to La Latina, the city's neighbourhood for eating and drinking Madrileo-style.
Our calm hostel is the perfect place to rest and relax after a busy day and to prepare for the next. Its ideal for travellers on a budget, individuals and groups, who will find out everything they need to know thanks to our helpful and friendly staff. This is the perfect place to meet people, exchange travel stories and encounter new experiences.

Very well located hostel, walking distance from main points in the city. It's quite odd though that it is inside an office building, it doesn't really has the "hostel" vibe you may expect. In the rooms the bed were quite close to each other, they had a heater and AC though. Overall for spending one night is okay.

great property, clean, good staff and was exactly what we paid for, getting there can be confusing the first time

Good value for the price. No atmosphere though, but it was more comfortable because there were no bunk beds. I wasn’t happy about the staff member coming in the room without knocking, and I felt there was a bit of a lack of privacy. But overall fine for a few nights.

In our hostel we treat our guests like we would like to be treated. We create a homely atmosphere and with our friendly staff we intend to take our time to answer every question our guests might have, to help them with everything that they ask if we're able to. For instance, in our hostel, towels, computer access, Wi-fi, private lockers and printing services are always free. We don't have a curfew - every guest has their own keys to go in and out at any time. Our guests also have full access to the kitchen in order to prepare lunch or dinner. We're ideal for groups of friends or lonely travellers interested in exploring Madrid from the city centre. We're close to Plaza de España, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor and many others. Personally, I recommend people visit the Parque Retiro.
