It is a real living in the city for who is looking for an elegant and warm atmosphere that only small structures can offer.

On foot and in some minutes you can reach all the most interesting Monuments: the two towers, the churches of Santo Stefano and San Francesco, Piazza Maggiore, with its medieval palaces and the basilica of San Petronio.

Hotel University is a a great option for someone visiting Bologna, as it is clean and conveniently located. Rooms are clean and decently comfortable. They offer a complimentary breakfast every morning which is always nice. The only negative thing I can say is that it is more like a traditional hotel so do not expect to socialize with guests. Overall, I would stay here again if I wanted affordable and clean lodging.
